I was wondering about something. Extended fasting has health benefits and is supposed to increase your spiritual abilities. The problem is when you have to workyou get tired and hungry real quick and it makes fasting a lot more difficult. So I was wondering if taking a stimulant/appatite supressant while fasting negates any of the spiritual and health benefits
