One of our members woke up with a sore throat this morning. As I began making corrections for what was weakening them, I was guided to make this post as many are suffering from this issue.

The reason the issue was a sore throat was due to the inability to express forgiveness. It is important for ALL OF US, to say out loud often and sincerely (as we look into a mirror), I forgive myself for past mistakes, and I learn from them.

I was wondering about something. Extended fasting has health benefits and is supposed to increase your spiritual abilities. The problem is when you have to workyou get tired and hungry real quick and it makes fasting a lot more difficult. So I was wondering if taking a stimulant/appatite supressant while fasting negates any of the spiritual and health benefits
