I've been seeing a lot of videos about fasting and gut health and the importance of the solar plexus. That area right below your rib cage. I've noticed lately sometimes that there is a knot in my solar plexus that feels hard as a rock. It isn't constantly there. I just notice it every now and then. I don't know what this means.
